We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, resulting in schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice. As a family run business with limited resources, we do our best to accomodate every customer into our schedule. With every appointment scheduled, we will purchase the glass in advanced and hold the slot so that no other customer can occupy it. Because of this, any cancellation will result in our team having to return the glass and pay restocking fees, along with losing a slot that could’ve gone to another customer. As slots can only be held by one person at a time, it is vital that you make it to your appointment on time or provide proper notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Our Policy:

Any cancellation made less than 24 hours from the appointment date and time will result in a cancellation fee of $50. Due to our workload, If you are more than 30 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you, but a $30 reschedule fee will apply. All no show or no call cancellations will be billed $50, no exceptions.

In the event of a unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

**Omni Glass, LLC reserves the right to pursue any legal means to recover cancellation fees including but not limited to, mechanics lien, collection agency, and small claims court.
